WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

As soon as you place your order, our team of designers and seamstresses will get to work creating your garment specially for you. We aim to ship within 7-10 days. If you need it sooner for a special occasion, contact us and we will do what we can to speed things up!

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do! We use DHL to ship worldwide. Shipping is INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES. Shipping times vary, so please contact us for an estimate of arrival. Your dress will be made in England. When your dress is made and ready to send, it will be shipped express which is included in the price. Express shipping will usually take 1-3 days from time the dress is ready., We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs and and duties or taxes are specific to each country and we are unable to estimate them for you . These are the customer's responsibility.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Every item is hand made to order specially for you. As we create bespoke, every sale is final. If there is a problem, contact us and if you order has not been started we will endeavour to cancel it for you. If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, contact us and we will arrange for return.

HOW ARE YOU SUSTAINABLE?

We do not make any excessive stock. We reduce waste by making to order and we use recycled or reclaimed fabrics when we can. We produce everything in a studio atelier, not a factory, where our team of happy seamstresses and aritsan tailors are paid ethical wages.

CAN I CHANGE THE DRESS COLOUR, OR REQUEST IT LONGER?

Yes! The best thing about slow fashion is that your dress is being made especailly for you! You can request special changes like make it longer, make it shorter, add sleeves, do a colour we havent shown... we want to create the fashion you dream of, so just contact us and let us know what you would like?
