ABOUT ORDERING
We are slow fashion... We do NOT pre-make thousands of garments in a factory full of unhappy underpaid workers Our dresses are handmade by happy seamstresses and tailors who are paid above living wage with generous time off. We are NOT factory so each dress is cut and made especially for you.
When you order a dress, it will take 7-10 days to be hand made; sometimes longer if you have special requests. We are happy toa take questions along the way about the progress.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. This usually takes 2-3 days and is included in the price. We are not responsible for Duties and Customs that your country may charge, and we cannot give any information about how much that could be as it is something out of our control and issued by the country you live in.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS POLICY
Your dress will be custom made to order and therefore it is a final sale and not eligible for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights for items that are defective. We always try to work with customers so if there has been a change needed, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to change your order it it is possible. Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not been started and has no special personal custom requirements added.
