Emerald green beaded lace and black create a luxurious Bad Witch costume inspired by Glinda in the Wizard of Oz and Wicked.
Puff sleeves and a short full skirt trimmed in crystal organza and beaded lace. Comes with luxury witch hat trimmed in matching emerald beads and crystals. 
We are doing a prepared EXPEDITED PRODUCTION on these costumes. Delivery will be in 14 days therefore there are CUT OFF DATES to guarantee delivery in time for October 31st….
To guarantee delivery in time for Halloween, orders must be received as follows:
UNITED STATES by October 16
UNITED KINGDOM by October 18
EUROPE by October 17
